About

A software company, and only that.

CubitMove is moving estimate software for professional moving companies. The customer records their home from their phone, and CubitMove turns that survey into a Move Report — items by room, cubic feet, estimated weight and access details — that your estimator reviews and quotes from.

CubitMove exists because of one number. A moving company sells a job on an estimate, and the estimate rests on how much there is to move. Get the cubic feet right and the truck, the crew, the hours and the price all follow. Get it wrong and every one of them is wrong, and there is no way to correct it once the customer has signed.

For decades the only reliable way to get that number was to send a person to the house. That works, and it is expensive enough that most companies only do it for the jobs big enough to justify the drive. Everything else gets quoted from a phone call — which is to say, guessed.

What we build

CubitMove is the survey, moved off the road. The customer records their own home from their phone, in the browser, with no app to install. CubitMove organizes what the camera sees into a Move Report — items by room, cubic feet, estimated weight at the standard tariff factor, and the access conditions at both addresses. Your estimator reviews it, corrects it, and prices the job in your own rates.

We do not price moves and we never show a figure to your customer. The estimate that reaches them is yours, on your paper, from your rates.

What we will not do

This category has a history of software companies that quietly become competitors to their own customers. We have written down what we are not, and it is in the footer of every page on this site for a reason.

  • Not a moving carrier — we do not move household goods.
  • Not a broker — we do not arrange or resell moves.
  • Not a lead marketplace — we never sell your customers to anyone.

We also do not publish an accuracy percentage. Every vendor in this space has one, and none of them can tell you what it means for your homes, your customers and your tariff. What we will do is survey a job you have already completed and put the report next to your final invoice, so the number you judge us on is yours.

Who is behind it

Hikmatillo builds CubitMove and works directly with moving company owners on estimate accuracy. He writes about cube sheets, virtual surveys, and the gap between the quote and the invoice.

How we handle a customer’s recording

The survey belongs to the mover who sent it.

A customer’s walkthrough is processed to build the Move Report for the company that requested it. It is not sold, not shared with other moving companies, and not used to market to your customer.

  • You receive the report

Your dashboard holds the structured Move Report. Your customer is never contacted by us.

  • Purpose-bound processing

Footage is used to identify and size items for that survey, and for nothing else.

  • Your customer can correct it

They can add, remove or retake anything before it reaches you, and so can your estimator afterwards.

The next step

See it on one of your own jobs.

The fastest way to judge CubitMove is to run a move you have already completed through it and compare the report against your own invoice.
