The survey is the walkthrough. The analysis is what we do with it: every item identified, counted, categorized and sized, room by room, into a cube and an estimated weight your estimator can defend on the driveway.

CubitMove exists because of one number. A moving company sells a job on an estimate, and the estimate rests on how much there is to move. Get the cube right and the truck, the crew, the hours and the price all follow. Get it wrong and every one of them is wrong, and there is no fixing it once the order for service is signed.

For decades the only reliable way to get that number was to send a person to the house. That works, and it costs enough that most companies only do it for the jobs big enough to justify the drive. Everything else gets quoted off a phone call — which is to say, guessed.

What we build

CubitMove is the survey, moved off the road. The customer opens a survey link and walks their home in their phone’s browser. About two minutes. CubitMove builds the inventory — items, quantities, cubic feet, estimated weight from the cube on a standard planning factor — and the customer reviews it and flags anything special before it reaches you. Your estimator opens a structured Move Report and prices the job on your own rate card.

We do not price moves and we never show a figure to your customer. The estimate that reaches them is yours, on your paper, from your rates.

We built the whole thing

The capture, the item recognition, the cube calculation and the Move Report are ours. We did not license someone else’s scanning engine and put our name on it, and we do not hand your customer off to a second vendor’s tool halfway through. One company built it, and one company answers when something is off.

Nothing to install on either end. Your customer needs the phone already in their hand and a browser — no app, no download, no LiDAR phone, no scanner, no account. Your estimator needs a browser. That is the whole tool list.

What we will not do

This category has a history of software companies that quietly become competitors to their own customers. We wrote down what we are not, and it sits in the footer of every page on this site for a reason.

• Not a moving carrier. We do not move household goods.
• Not a broker. We do not arrange or resell moves.
• Not a lead marketplace. We never sell your customers to anyone.

We also do not lead with an accuracy percentage. Every vendor in this space has one, and none of them can tell you what it means for your homes, your customers and your tariff. What we will do is survey a job you have already completed and put the report next to your final invoice, so the number you judge us on is yours.

Who we work with

We work directly with moving company owners and estimators on one problem: the gap between the cube on the estimate and what actually came off the truck. Every change to the product comes out of that work.
