Priced on reports, not on seats.
Your first 5 Move Reports are free. After that, CubitMove is $89 a month for 30 Move Reports or $199 a month for 90. Both plans bill $3.50 for each report beyond the allowance until your next billing cycle, and the only difference between them is volume. No per-seat fee, and no charge to your customers.

How to judge the number

A single in-home survey costs a paid hour or two, the fuel, and the appointment window your estimator could not fill with anything else. Price CubitMove against the surveys you would otherwise drive to — and against the volume you have been leaving off cube sheets.

What is and is not included.
What counts as a Move Report?
One completed customer survey delivered to your dashboard. A survey a customer starts and abandons does not count against your plan, and neither does a report you delete.
Do you charge per user?
No. The plan includes unlimited movers on the account. Put every estimator, dispatcher and crew lead on it without watching a licence count.
Is there an annual plan or a discount for paying up front?
Not at the moment. The plan is billed monthly and you can cancel any time. We would rather earn the next month than lock you into a year.
What happens if we go over our allowance?
You keep going. Each report past your included 30 or 90 is billed at $3.50 for the rest of that billing cycle, and the allowance resets at the start of the next one. Nothing stops working. If you are regularly over on the 30-report plan, the 90-report plan is usually cheaper.
Do our customers pay anything?
No. The survey is free to your customer, carries your branding, and never shows them a price. We do not contact them and we do not sell their information.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first 5 Move Reports are free on either plan, and the subscription starts after that. Spend them on moves you have already completed, so you can compare each report against the invoice you actually sent.
